birthday/graduation present for my gf?

My gf and i have been going out for nine months and are both graduating high school in two weeks. Her birthday is also just a week after her graduation party and actually so is mine, haha. but anyways we are both planning and are committed to staying together when we go to college despite going to schools 4 hours apart. Well i wanted to get her something that she’ll see on a regular basis and think about me every time she does while she is in college and just in general.

i got her a nice bracelet and teddy bear for Christmas but she lost the bracelt in a snow storm helping me brush my car off, lol. And her mom and my gf have repeatedly said how bad my gf is with holding onto jewelry no matter the sentimental or financial value of it. so i was looking for some ideas on what to get her because i truly care about her and i want her to know that every time she sees the gift.
